**Porch pickup is available weather permitting and will be set out in designated area at agreed pickup time.

Refunds and cancellations
Orders that have been paid for in full are able to be rescheduled to a later date, as needed if I have not begun work on them.  If you suspect you may need to reschedule your event, please let me know in the first instance.  

Please know, as a small business, and due to the nature of my service, I am unable to offer full refunds for event cancellations; however, I will be happy to credit you the amount of your order towards a future date and/or event, if I have been provided sufficient notice and have not begun work on your order.  **Refunds will only be provided in the event that I must cancel your order due to unforseen circumstances.

I assure you that I always strive to provide ample notice and make every effort to find a replacement baker in such situations.  However, emergencies can sometimes arise, and there may not be enough time for another local baker to take on the order. 


GENERAL

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
I am located in Stafford, VA but serve clients in Northern VA and surrounding areas.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
My minimum order requirements vary depending on which product you'd like to order.  My order form request will tell you how many you'll need to order.  Currently it is 1dz minimum for a regular custom order and 3dz for mini cookies.

DO YOU DELIVER?
I currently do not offer delivery regularly at this time.  For special circumstances, I can deliver for a fee.

WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME?
The earlier the better AND it never hurts to ask.
I recommend that you contact me at least within 3-4 weeks of your event date.  This lead time does increase around the holidays and wedding season.  At times I may get cancellations or party dates change so my availability is constantly changing.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
View my seasonal listings, which allows you to order pre-designed cookies online and in time for your holiday festivities.  For custom cookie orders, please fill out my online order request form, so that I can ensure availability, provide you with a quote and design with your party and budget in mind.
If completing the online order form, please allow up to 3-5 business days for a response.  Expect a slower response time for forms submitted between Thursday-Sunday.

HOW DO I PAY FOR AN ORDER?
Orders placed during pre-sale/seasonal listings must be paid for online before pickup.  Please pay attention to pickup dates and times listed on item.
Custom orders will be invoiced separately, so you can review and approve your custom order details before submitting payment online.  Dates are not reserved, and I do not begin custom work until invoices have been paid in full.
Please know, I book custom orders on a first-paid basis and keep my calendar full at least 4-6 months in advance.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
All sales are final as my products are all handmade and perishable.  However, if for some reason you need to cancel your order before it has been prepared, I will happily credit your order towards a future booking.

HOW DO YOUR DECORATED COOKIES COME PACKAGED?
All hand-iced cookies come individually packaged in clear, heat-sealed cellophane food safe bags at no additional cost to you.  I do also offer ribbon-tied bags or special custom packaging with tags for an additional cost.

HOW LONG ARE YOUR DECORATED COOKIES GOOD FOR?
I recommend that all bagged, hand-iced cookies be enjoyed within two weeks of receiving them from when theyre the most fresh.  Freezing cookies can also help to preserve them for up to 3-6 months.  Instructions for freezing is provided at cookie pickup/delivery.
